Quality Inn Fitzgerald

There was ample parking at the hotel. There were several dining options within walking distance. The staff were nice and the room was adequate. The beds were comfortable enough. The facility did show some age but was good enough for a few nights. Upon checking in our key cards wouldn’t work but the staff reprogrammed the door lock and got us new cards quickly. The refrigerator had standing water and leaked onto the floor but was cleaned up. The adjoining room had multiple dogs that were barking and whining all day and you could smell the urine in our room. The hotel was full so we could not change rooms. Eventually the dog’s owners returned that night and they settled down. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal etc.

Bad sinking mattress, heavily stained chair and vents on cooling unit desperately need cleaning!!

Staff was nice and accommodating to my very late arrival after a 14 hour trip, hated that there wasn’t any elevators and the ice machine was rusted.

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever been in. There was poop in the commode. Everything in the room was sticky. There was dirt in one bed. I wouldn’t have stayed another night if it was free.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Needs a complete overhaul!! Carpeting very filthy and dirty! Everything needs to be repainted and replaced! Needs a total renovation!!! Staff very lazy!!! I would be ashamed to call it one of our properties!!!!!

Bed was old and very soft in the middle..floor in room and bath dirty with no shelves or counter space in bath .Shower was powerful and nice though

Traveled in for kids tournament. Check in was easy, room had faint odor, beds appeared clean, floors was dirty, ceiling in the bathroom was completely rusted(no exhaust fan), water pressure was good....it didnt help that we were beside the lobby, but 0 insulation, heard everything and everyone until about 2:30am, then all I could hear was a train in the distance.AWFUL

This property is in desperate need of an upgrade! The floors were hard wood and dirty the shower was falling apart and made knocking noises when in use. The refrigerator was nasty along with the microwave. I went across the street to dollar tree and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. We also seen small roaches crawl across the floor! There were underwear in the parking lot along with over flowing trash cans. Don’t be deceived by the pictures! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online at all!!!!! If you can avoid this hotel!!!

Hotel was clean, front desk very knowledge and helpful. Hotel needs some updates and repairs.
