Love the restaurant ferry excellent food and your pantry was excellent. Many choices. Staff was amazing.

"Roaches and poop"

I really wish I was making this up because it is just absolutely wild. The exterior and lobby area was very nice and well kept, and the front desk staff was very friendly I will say that.. BUT, when we first walked into our room we set our things down and I went into the bathroom, opened the toilet seat, and there was a giant dump in the toilet that had obviously been there a while… called the front desk, they switch us to the room right next door… Not even a few hours later my husband and I are laying in bed and see something on the wall… IT WAS A ROACH… I’m sorry but for $200 a night I don’t think I should have had the experience I did.

"Will definitely stay here again"

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s very clean and very quiet. Free parking is always a plus. It’s not a new hotel, but it appears to be either well cared for, or recently renovated. The staff here is very friendly, especially the front desk workers and the restaurant. I’m a multi year Hilton diamond member so I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels throughout the year. I have to say this is one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inn’s I’ve stayed at in a long time.

"Our go to hotel in Columbia, MO"

Visiting Columbia for granddaughter’s college graduation from University of Missouri and her commissioning ceremony into the US Army. Room was clean, and quiet. Staff were wonderful!! Helpful, and accommodating. We’ve stayed here for several visits to Columbia and will continue to do so. Thank you!! 😊
