L’accoglienza del personale e la disponibilità nel risolvere eventuali problemi; la spa e i massaggi che ho avuto modo di provare e che consiglio fortemente.

La cucina del residence andrebbe ripensata: le piastre a induzione sono troppo vecchie e impiegano molto tempo per raggiungere la temperatura, quindi ho avuto difficoltà a cucinare. Su 10 giorni almeno 3 giorni il servizio lavanderia non funzionava e questo ci ha arrecato dei disagi.
