Personale molto cordiale. Vista spettacolare. Stanza spaziosa. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Terrazzo spazioso. Mini market in zona ben fornito. Colazione con ampia scelta.

Avendo avuto una settimana intera di vento sopra i 24 km/h mi è dispiaciuto che la piscina non fosse riscaldata. La spiaggia privata non può essere considerata una spiaggia (priva di lettini e ombrelloni e poco spazio). Poche cose da fare in loco.

Obwohl wir nur ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht hatten, haben wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Das war aber auch das einzig positive

Die 5 Sterne waren vl im Jahr 1990 gerechtfertigt. 2026 definitiv nicht mehr. Das Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und der Hausbrauch auch meilenweit entfernt von 5 Sterne. Im ganzen Hotel zieht der Wind durch (undichte Türen), das Bad ist winzig und rein gar nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Auswahl im Restaurant sehr überschaubar. Der Pool ist erst ab 11:00 geöffnet, vorher darf man nicht rein. Die Benutzung des Indoor-Pools kostet 25€ zusätzlich. Es gibt sogar eine Kaution pro Badetuch iHv 20€ 🙉 Das Fitnessstudio dürfte nicht als Fitnessstudio bezeichnet werden. Abends fanden zum Teil irgendwelche Veranstaltungen statt, die bis 23:30 dauerten - die Musik war enorm laut und störend, obwohl wir im 4. und höchsten Stockwerk gelegen waren. Alle Bilder auf Booking wurden mit KI erstellt, was mir im Nachhinein klar wurde. Ich würde nicht mehr dort hin.

Receptie en bar personeel erg vriendelijk. We kregen een upgrade omdat ze vinden dat ze de klanten tevreden moeten stellen. Mooie insteek. Het hotel staat in Mati en is 2.5 uur van Acropolis verwijdert (bus). Kamer was prima, niet echt modern maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Douchen in bad. Waterdruk erg laag. Ontbijt en diner prima. Geen Michelin maar prima.

Voor mij, dat er weinig te doen is in de omgeving. Maar wil je een rustige vakantie, dan is dit de plek. We hebben 6 dagen lang storm aan de kust gehad. Is het de periode van het jaar of toeval.

-The room was lovely & we were so grateful to arrive to a room upgrade on arrival. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. -All staff that we met were very friendly. -The breakfast options were great & the omelette station went down very well!

-We found cockroaches & ants in our room on several occasions - though we had no food in our room. -We needed to pay a 20euro deposit per pool towel, in cash, (which we did get back) but this was surprising for such an expensive 5* hotel. We would have expected this to be included in the cost of the room. -We enquired about the private boat tour which was advertised in the hotel reception, however none of the staff seemed have any information about costs, pick up points or generally any information on how to book the tour. After being passed around to different staff members who had no answers on how to book, we ended up finding a local skipper on our own and having a lovely day out exploring Evia. -The indoor pool had a very expensive fee (25eu per swim), we were very surprised to find that the use of the indoor pool was not included in the price. -There was a business conference on that overlapped our stay, and when they had breaks & lunch times, they were directed out to the pool area. So there were some people by the pool trying to relax on their holiday in swimsuits, and then a large group of business-people standing around in suits, smoking and chatting loudly next to us. Not very relaxing... we might suggest that the hotel staff direct business conferences to break out in a different place.
