Definitely not 4 stars. More like holiday camp. Plastic glasses from the bar. You have to queue to get served. No table service

All the food was excellent the service the staff were just amazing David the reception staff was truly a gentlemen went far and beyond to make how stay amazing

A large variety of excellent food every meal time. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was kept clean

The music around the main pool area was continuous, maybe a quiet time during lunch ?

Good reception, clean rooms, water aerobics were fun as were the staff. Plenty of good food choices.location is great Santa Ponsa is lively with a great long sandy beach plenty of bars and restaurants,roof terrace has great views. Large pool and con my large beds!

A few odd cockroaches in the food hall but they were quickly dealt with and probably somewhat unavoidable. Bar ques were terrible felt sorry for the staff but one time qued for mins. Stage a bit tired, towels and sun beds worn and jacuzzi broken and old. Hotel lovely just needs a bit of an update.
