Appartamento spazioso, pulito, con tutto il necessario. Posizione perfetta sia per partenza di passeggiate che per andare in paese. Staff molto disponibile. Tornerei sicuramente, luogo rilassante e con vista bella, immerso nel verde.

Sofa bed mattress wasn't the best but this is a minor!

This property is ideally located for enjoying the Bardonecchia snow. The room appeared as advertised and it was convenient to have a kitchen.

The check-in process occurred at Haralds Bar where all but one of the bar staff had no idea about our check-in and kept directing me to call the contact number. This was awkward but manageable as I had read other reviews before booking. It was also difficult to locate building 4000 at first. There was little to no hot water in the shower, the wifi network never appeared and the beds were quite uncomfortable but manageable. We did not report these as we located them after hours and a sign said late evening requests or issues after 30mins might have an additional charge. Be prepared to do a complete clean of the kitchen area and take out the rubbish before you leave or there was a sign mentioning an additional cleaning charge. Staff knocked on our door before the checkout time to ask how long we would be and we had to ask how to check-out.

Conveniently located near the ski tracks with ample parking options available. Fairly priced.

The absence of ski lockers was particularly frustrating, especially after returning from a day of skiing with young children. Furthermore, the lack of a balcony meant having to leave the skis in the corridor, adding to the inconvenience.
