The view feom room. The location and the staff was wonderful.

Die Lage war ok nicht allzuweit vom Zentrum. Die Zimmer waren entsprechend. Waren noch einigermaßen sauber

Ringsherum sah es teilweise wie auf einer Baustelle aus. Der Pool war sehr dreckig

Renovated, but very questionable quality. Thin walls, no insulation so can hear everything.

Pool was filthy with dark algae growing all over the floor. Pool gates don’t lock or shut properly so huge safety risk both for kids staying at property and others in community.

Nos dieron una habitación que daba la ventana a un muro , pedimos cambio u otra opción y no nos la dieron . El calor era insoportable pero más insoportable era tener encendido el aire por el ruido que emitía y no nos dejaba dormir .No hay nadie de noche que controle , es un lugar de fiesta y varias habitaciones contiguas desde las 2am hasta las 6 am estuvieron armando escándalo sin nadie que controle . Una experiencia muy muy muy mala .

Near London Bridge. Good AC system. Big shower. Modern room. Old fridge.

We booked our King bed room almost 6 months in advance, and requested a quiet upstairs room away from any noise. Room was not ready when checking in at 6pm. Check in took us 20 mins for unknown reasons. Got a different upstairs room, with 2 small queen beds. It was sometimes very noisy outside room. People were talking loudly at 6 am just outside our room. Very MUCH bird noise from a tree just outside the room. Why we got this room is beyond my understanding, Finally, two sheriff/police cars came to the hotel on our last day in the evening, not sure if they arrested the half naked suspicious guy that were at the hotel. Perhaps this area is not as safe as we believed.

View could have been great...
