East West Hospitality Tahoe

The lodge was clean and well kept, with lots of amenities to help with comfort. However, there was a stain on the bedsheet and some of the mechanisms for the windows where fragile to use. I don't mind the later because I am sure they see a lot of use. But, despite those 2 things the stay was fantastic!

We liked the area and the property itself; just wish a little more was open. Understand though that it’s because of pandemic

Our condo was in excellent condition, clean and had amazing views, the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Only downside was most of the Restaurants and shops in the village were closed which forces to have to drive into Tahoe for everything. Otherwise it was an amazing location. We plan to come back again!

Great location, plenty to do.

Happy wife, happy life. We walked into a beautiful and clean property with classical music resonating throughout the room. It was such a pleasant place, we ended up just staying in, on the second day… wonderful getaway.

I hardly ever leave a review for anything food, cars, hotel etc... However, on this special occasion I would love to leave a review on this place. My husband and I, wanted to get away for the three day weekend somewhere quiet and secluded our original plan was to rent a cabin but everything was booked. We came across this property and from the pictures online seem like an OK place we were not too convinced. Once we got to the property, I mean first off the driving there is always beautiful and the weather was perfect too. We got there check in was a breeze, instructions on where to park and how to get to your room/apt was very detailed can’t miss it. The room/apt super clean, cozy and just what we were looking for. Never heard loud noises, or people from the other units literally felt secluded which was what we were looking for. The only thumb down I will have to give is that many shops, food places in the village was closed due to the being off season. We did find two or three restaurants open, we decided to eat at the pizza place for dinner and it was delicious not too bad at all. Thank you, East West Hospitality! We will definitely be coming back and stay again, hopefully soon!

The best stay we've ever had!

My overall unhappiness with this place mostly has to do with checkin. Checkin time starts at 5pm but the office closes at 6pm? I reserved a 2 bed, 2 bath condo w/2 king beds for myself, my sister (who recently broke her foot) and 2 toddlers. Checked in, parked in the underground garage, unloaded and went to the room. But the room was wrong. It had a bunch of twin beds. An 11 month old and a 2 year old can’t sleep alone in a twin bed. They would fall off. So I trek back to the office. Check in lady was lost. All she kept saying is that they only do check ins, not room swaps and there are no clean rooms available. The place was a ghost town. How can there be no clean rooms? She calls someone in reservation. They start working on it. She tells me I have to switch buildings, they can’t find a clean room. Tells me to go load up my car, move from the yellow building to the orange one and come back. So I do. Go back, load up the stuff and kids then move to the orange building. But my key card doesn’t work to get into the building. My sister’s broken foot, 2 tired toddlers and I hike back to reception. New room keys given. Hike back to the car, unload and go to the new room. It was 2 king beds but definitely a huge downgrade. The TV didn’t work. Had to call to have it fixed. Dog hair EVERYWHERE. Clearly not vacuumed in a long time. Extension cords running across the floor for a lamp in the middle of the room. Coffee left in the coffee maker. Dishes in the cabinet, dirty.

The property is gorgeous, I do wish we could’ve spent time at the other restaurants at the property- but they were closed except for Rubicon Pizza. Having the firepits available would’ve been nice also, but closed. The water was shut off for several hours one day, they had a sign that said only 2 hrs, was longer & that made us wait to shower. Other than that we enjoyed it so much, and would come again during the season when everything is open.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very nice place! Friendly and informative staff helped me enjoy my first hotel stay in 14 months.
