Lack of hot water. Couldn't take a shower due to the lack of hot water.

I did not like nothing at all.

one of the housekeeping staff at this facilities was very rude and angry to was me. He was the one that check me out, this man had a black hair black shirt and a form of a chin on his neck, I asked for a supervisor to resolve this matter but he told me know supervisor was available at the time so I check out of this facilities and left.

It was cheap but the staff was rude and disrespectful when I went to check out.

In the morning when I went to check out the front desk attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. My boyfriend and I had lent a woman who was in the lobby a charger and a power bank to use while the overnight staff was there. The morning staff accused me of stealing the charger. He must have misunderstood the night guy or something. At first I thought he was asking if we got it back from her. I told him we already had gotten it from her. He told me it was the hotels charger which was not correct at all. I tried to explain to him that my boyfriend and I had let her use the charger and a power bank. He told me if I didn’t give him the charger he would charge my card for it. I again tried to explain he was mistaken but he continued to tell me I was stealing MY charger. I asked him to please get the man who was working overnight involved and he refused. I told him I wasn’t being accused of stealing something and I wanted this cleared up now. He told me no and that I had checked out so I could leave. I had a second room that we hadn’t checked out of yet and I let him know as much.
