Loved the attention to detail. Very family friendly, they provided a travel cot and had children's books to borrow & hot chocolate. Great location for Teddington and a local bus direct to Heathrow. The staff were really helpful- shout out to Sam and Patrick!

On arrival, the staff were really lovely and very helpful with transport arrangements to the venue i had to be at. They offered me a room upgrade on check-in, which was amazing. The room was designed to a high standard, and the pub offered a relaxed, chilled vibe. I would so stay here again.

So comfortable and super clean. Wonderful extra comforts in room with a really good and not over priced minbar. Friendly helpful staff. Great location close to trains and buses to Heathrow and beautiful walks in the area along the Thames and also Bushy Park.
