The Park Hotel

Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed, great facilities, mini bar, the room was perfect!

There was a noise that occurred every 30 seconds or so, I got used to it in the end!

Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. Rooms were clean. Good location. Plenty of tea/coffee/ water on the room and fresh milk in the fridge. Good location in a nice town Teddington.

We checked in quite late, due to a delayed arrival and staff didn’t seem overly happy, as pub was closing. No room service past 9.30pm. We were not shown the lift on the first night, so we had to lug our suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs. We had booked a twin room and ended up in a double bed the first night. This was rectified the following day by housekeeping, but not a great start. Air conditioning was not working the first night- corridors sweltering and room stifling: we were up most of the night with heat, until air conditioning was rectified the following day. Onto our first morning, where there was confusion about whether we had paid for breakfast or not, which we had through booking.com, but this too was eventually resolved. Not a very pleasant conversation during breakfast. On check out there was no gesture of a discount or free meal- pay once again. Not much help when our return flight was cancelled and we had to rebook to another airport. Not much of a goodbye when we left. Staff seem to be great- something very missing on management.

Location is great with parking. It’s just 30min train to London Waterloo - avoid all the hassles driving to central London. AC in the room, which is lovely in summer. Very stylish and high quality pub

Its location , its facilities. The rooms were large and comfortable and the food was excellent.

The air conditioning had a fault which resulted in a constant buzzing noise which meant we had to turn it off to sleep on a very hot night.

staff were relaxed, friendly, entertaining and engaging. Patrick in particular was a big hit with the ladies, but the receptionist through to the bar staff were all excellent, professional and fun. We come back every year and enjoy the place a lot.

Really lovely and relaxing vibe, staff super friendly and helpful. Especially Sam at reception and Daniel at breakfast, bar staff in the evenings were great. Outdoor seating area lovely especially with such warm evenings, hotel rooms nice and spacious. Some minor work needed to make it exceptional.

Light fighting’s in bedroom need a little work, other than that nothing to dislike
