l’accueil était plus que parfait avec le thé et des gâteaux marocains personnels très serviables et souriants la piscine était bien et la nourriture au restaurant aussi une belle ambiance et l’hôtel à proximité du mall de minara 5 min à pieds et de jema el fna 15/20 min à pied

problème de clim à l’hôtel on a dû changer de chambre pour trouver un clim fonctionnel malheureusement on a perdu l’option chambre avec vue piscine et aussi on a problème de sèche cheveux qui dégage de la fumée

It’s big, proper hotel. Big breakfast area and good size clean pool. Location is good

Like everyone said- dated. No water, coffee. Just one glass in the bathroom. But then - the price you pay reflected all of these

Location I loved it but I didn’t like staff being greedy and expecting for tips in return! We were asked for tax payment at the check in 100Dirham which we believed they went into MR CHECK IN PERSON’s pocket COUNTRY IS AMAZING BUT PEOPLE ARE FULL OF GREED AND EXPECTING MONEY FOR SMALL THINGS WE LANDED AND IMMIGRATION OFFICER ASKED FOR GIFTS HOW SHAMEFUL IS THAT NOT RELEVANT TO YOU GUYS BUT IT GOES TO SHOW THE CORRUPTION FROM HEAD TO TOE. 10 DIRHAM PRODUCT IS BEING SOLD FOR 100 Dirham 200 dirham wherever they can agree on the price

- Fully functioning air conditioning - Location is very good and all necessities is nearby - Cleaning is done very well each day

- Breakfast options were limited with each day offering the same - Bathroom and toilet doors didn’t close fully with no locks - Shower head had no constant water pressure with it being on and off. The tap of the bathtub doesn’t function as it should for e.g when the tap is placed on slight cold the water coming out of the shower head is boiling hot and vice versa.

nourriture limite pas variée pas d’eau a boire aux repas salle de sport nulle trois appareils les horaires etranges. la salle ouvre a 10h la piscine aussi je suis très déçu. je ne recommande pas cet établissement. ca ne merite pas 4 etoiles
