Het hele resort was erg netjes, mooi en groen. De medewerkers heel servicegericht en vriendelijk. De faciliteiten zijn erg goed geregeld, de kamers schoon, ruim en fijne bedden. Je bent van alle gemakken voorzien op dit resort. Veel keuze uit eten en drinken en als klap op de vuurpijl ook nog toegang tot een waterpark waar je je kunt vermaken.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Hotelpersonal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Essen war super und das Personal auch. Die Lage war auch toll, wir haben sogar Schildkröten beim Schnorcheln beim Hausriff gesehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

L'emplacement est génial pour le snorkeling ! 🤩 Mohamed Tarek le responsable client est vraiment au Top, il s'occupe tres bien de ses clients. Mille mercis Tarek ! L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, tous tres gentils et serviables. Le complexe est très propre et les jardins sont magnifiques 🤩 Les restaurants a la carte sont vraiment tres bons Nous reviendrons !

Dans la chambre famille vue mer, les lits enfants ne sont pas adaptés aux adolescents. Pas de toilettes sur la plage. Les activités laissées a disposition des clients, comme les boules de pétanques, les fléchettes et autres sont enlevés à 17h ... dommage car plus d'activités à faire avec les adolescents. Aucune chips, cacahuètes ou olives pour l'aperitifs. Tarifs taxi tres chers.
