It’s close to LLU. walkable distance and the rooms are so clean.

only one coffee avail. there were two of us.

Very quiet, good neighborhood. Staff very nice. Room was small but clean and functional.

When i booked the room it stated they had a 24/7 office. When i arrived the office was closed and i was unable to get my room. I had to get another room elsewhere and still got charged for the room. When i called the next morning and told the gentleman on the phone i wasnt going to be needing the room any longer and requested a refund he told me he would speak to someone (I believe he said Judy). At 11:50pm i received a call from another associate asking if i was still going to be needing the room. When i explained to the woman what had happened she told me i shouldve cancelled because now I will be charged an additional fee. I feel robbed and will be speaking with Expedia for a refund.

I loved how close to the hospital it was, not too busy of a street a plus, bed was comfy, could've had at least two chairs to make the visit better. Lovely staff, very loud and old air conditioner.

I was there while my daughter was in the hospital for cancer treatment. I choose Loma Linda Inn because it was close by the hospital. Everything was clean and orderly from the front lobby to the room. You could smell the cleanliness, but it wasn’t overwhelming. And it was quite.

I've stayed at Loma Linda inn about 4 times... the last 2 times were unpleasant so sadly I will not be returning. I Live Over 100 miles away and come when in town visiting my mother. the price is fine... the rooms are nice yes, the heater is extremely loud but I never complained. visit 3: we ran out of toilet paper around midnight and i called the office (no answer) so i went to the office and there was nobody there. i just went to walmart... while checking out i heard another person being charged 75.00 out of a 100 deposit... saying that the towels will not come clean. ( mind you it was 3 towels) i thought to myself that was outrageous but continued to handle my own checck out. Visit 4: i arrived around 8 pm checked in and left to get food and my children. when returning we ate and fell asleep. by 8 am the next day my children and i showered and i went to the office to check out but there was nobody there, only a note on the door... so i left and went to breakfast and went back around 11. when i got there i was told by the manager a older short bald man that my children stopped up their tub so i asked to see the room. i reached in and twisted the plug and the water drained out. he replied with you overflowed the tub reason the foor is wet...and there was a leak at the bottom. i said sir thats water from our feet... i took a towel and went across where he said there was a leak... no more water came out... so he replied with... the damage is under the tub to their foundation. (mind you this is a tub with all the white at the bottom chipped off to where they just put green plastic lining in it.) i told him sir we were in the room not even 12 hours please stop. he was stuck on keeping my deposit and when i went to the office to complain the lady behind the counter gave me my full deposit after i said i would make a review... the short older bald guy continued to be rude and follow me out the hotel saying how I'm lucky and that when i did my review that he was going to respond to it... and followed me all the way to my car shouting at me saying how he's going to pray for me... like sir... honestly you all make up reasons to keep peoples deposits and that's disgusting and greedy.
