Clean, friendly staff, great price

Excellent value for the money. Comfortable. The staff was very kind. Breakfast, though limited, was excellent.

There is no elevator.

The location is good. It was very close to my work. The price for some reason on your site was cheaper than booking with the hotel. The location is pretty good. It’s easy to get to and very easy to get to anything else in town. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty standard. I’m a vegan so I had potatoes, oatmeal and bananas available. That’s better than some hotels where I have absolutely nothing. The pool looked kind of small but I didn’t really go to use the pool so maybe it’s great.

The front desk was hard to get hold of sometimes. I asked for check in VERY late and asked if it was ok. I was told it was ok. Then (definitely my bad-) missed the call at my work that they’d like to hide the key for me instead… so when I arrived I rang the bell as the note on the desk said— waiting plenty of time as to not annoy… but rang 4 times in about 10 min then gave up and snoozed in my car until dawn. Then at around noon on day 3 I wanted to go to my room and brush my teeth but needed front desk because I’d left my key in my room. I rang 2ish times and gave up and went back to work. When I returned at 5pm I got my key super fast. The above could be my fault I don’t like to be a nuisance so maybe if I called the front desk or got more aggressive with the bell… idk
