Great food and amazing service with butler Oni. She is very enthusiastic, helpful and thorough. The villa is amazingly clean. The amenities are plentiful. Everything needed could be found in the villa.

The location is outstanding. To be able to watch the ocean from the above each morning and through out the day gives you the feeling of beginning a new chapter on a clear horizon of your life. The atmosphere is dreamy with experiencing all the nature blesses from the rainy season with high humidity which softens your body and mind. The accommodation is in perfect condition and very comfortable given the fact that the resorts is already 20 years on stage. Value to services in a well balanced ratio to my opinion. To be honest only the accommodation of the spa facilities (the spa suits) are out of date & could be a discussion for completely new arrangement with more open space, view to the ocean, bigger baths and better massage rooms and beds. The treatments were very well construct and with little to none issues of the execution of them. Couldn't miss to mention the butler service. Very high level! In my case represented by Mr. Lanang. The smooth communication, level of organisation, the small little gestures and additional thoughtfulness on the details around each activity, made my stay a complete masterpiece finished with a fine touch. My gratitude is addressed to him and to the whole Bvlgari staff members for this journey! Thank you!

She anticipated our needs before we even asked and consistently went above and beyond with genuine care. Because of her, our honeymoon felt even more magical and personal. The dining options were excellent as well, offering a variety of delicious meals with attentive and friendly service. The resort’s amenities—from the pool to the spa and recreational spaces were all immaculate and designed for comfort and enjoyment. e.

El personal estaba atento y preocupado de cada movimiento y necesidad que tuviera. Su playa privada estaba en mantenimiento por lo que cubrieron todos los gastos de traslado a otras playas. Excelente hotel
