What a place to stay in, from staff to cleanliness of the hotel. Have managnment has been very helpful and checked a few times to see how is holiday going. Deffo will be visiting again Thanks again for looking after me

"Nice hotel but staff need training and wifi update"

The hotel is really well maintained, the place is clean and the facility up to good standards. Very good entertainment team, housekeeping and some of the restaurant staff were also good. Food was ok but nothing special (having been a chef in the past, I could tell how most of the food was recycled from one service to the next). The negative side, rudeness and total lack of standards from the Bar staff at the beach, drinks are very basic, front desk staff don't seems to care/or are unable to handle any situation outside the normal routine of check in/out, WIFI is useless, it is available only in the lobby and this also almost never work, staff is aware the problem has been going on for long time but nothing is being done to fix it.

Jaz Belvedere is a lovely and relaxing resort. Staff are kind, friendly and courteous. The grounds are amazing with beautiful trees and plants. Thank you everyone at Jaz Belvedere Resort for an enjoyable stay and for taking good care of me and my friends. Highly recommended.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in Rooms were not safe even the staff struggled to open the door so in case of fire will be really dangerous The safe in the room wasn’t working, food was really bad and not clean.NO WYFI AT ALL I HAD TO LEAVE THE NEXT MORNING TO ANOTHER HOTEL AS DIDNT FEEL SAFE TO STAY WITH MY KIDS AT THIS HOTEL I ADVISE EVERY ONE NOT TO STAY THERE

"Great family destination "

My family spent a week from the UK we had an amazing time. The staff were extremely helpful polite and friendly. The staff who cleaned our room Islam was very nice too. The environment was really clean and recycling bins available. I know we are definitely going back.
