JAZ Belvedere - All Inclusive

We found the resort to be a very nice place to stay. It's staff was very helpful and efficient - going out of their way to make our stay exceptional. The concierge staff was instrumental in planning our daily excursion and following there advice made our experience very pleasant. Dining arrangements, food quality and quantity, etc. - very good Only negative is the reach of the hotels wifi. Could use some improvement - but it was expectable.

Very nice property and well kept. I didn’t like that we couldn’t get internet in our rooms.

I thought they should have more of selection of beers and other drinks.

The hotel overall was really nice and relaxing we had a first floor sea view room which was amazing , the beach is sandy and really nice , food was good but not great , and the pool was nice also , the animation team was entertaining , if u want to have a nice relaxing vacation u should go , and also very suitable for kids.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good and clean facilities. air condition was not working properly and there is no WiFi in the rooms and at the reception area VERY slow. Many thanks to Miss Emma for providing all information needed prior and during our visit at the Hotel!

Despite Expedia stating that it is an 11 minute walk to the beach, it is actually on the beach. This is a lovely hotel with friendly, professional staff. Everything you need is there but the location is quiet, close to the airport and about 20 minutes from Naama Bay. The all-inclusive option is very good with a wide range of choices which change daily. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. There are lots of small touches which will make you smile, such as a different flower design on the bed each day and even live Easter bunnies on show during my stay. The nightly kids disco gets a bit tedious but is very popular with the little ones. There is then a different show each night. Guests are mainly European and staff speak a wide range of languages. It is a very family friendly hotel and very professional.

Right from the start we had a genuine warm welcome. Particularly when we said we were from Britain. The hotel is lovely and there is lots to do. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The food at the buffet is ok but when I mentioned to the chef that i was disappointed there were no falafels he made me some specially. The weather this Easter was good too. It was windy but that stopped it being too hot. My big gripe would be the internet. They say there is free Wifi in the lobby and pool area but you can only get on this at 7 am or 3 pm. They need to sort this out. All in all it was a lovely place to stay. The staff were great and I will definitely return. P.s good value for money too..

This was my second stay at Jaz Belvedere and from the moment I was checked in I felt so at home due to the friendly service. I had a beautiful sea view room and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. Food at the snacks bar was delicious but the food in the main restaurant was generally good, with the exception of seafood theme night because almost all items contain fish and no good if you do not like fish. Service in the restaurant was a little slow but the hotel was fully occupied at the time of my visit so understandable, and the staff really did their best and provide good service under pressure. The pool is very beautiful with one heated. Service around the pool is almost non existent, when I stayed previously, drinks were brought regularly and offered but in this occaison it was necessary to keep going up to get drinks (which are served in very small cups). Lobby bar are very good, nice relaxing area, great service and a new drink on the table even before the first was finished. Everything about this hotel is really good, the gardens are immaculate and so beautiful. I would totally recommend this hotel and just wish that british flights would be reinstated.
