JAZ Belvedere - All Inclusive

This hotel is compact, spotlessly clean and with its own beach provides a perfectly relaxing holiday environment. The staff are very attentive, always ready to help and listen carefully to comments you make. Their aim is to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. You can be as active or inactive as you wish to be. There are daily programmes going on e.g., pool aerobics, belly dancing lessons, bocca, beach tennis to name a few. Two good tennis courts are available at no extra cost.If you do not wish to swim in the sea, then there are 3 pools you can choose from plus a small childs' pool. There is shade around the pool area, and on the beach, permanent tree shades. Sun beds are there and the staff ensure these are clean and tidily arranged before you arrive. The grounds are beautifully kept with sprinklers coming on early morning. Grass is mowed, leaves etc swept up daily. New arrivals do get targeted by the staff keen to sell diving excursions, spa treatments, beauty therapy, and one can understand this is how they make a living. Just be polite and say no if this is your wish. They tend to leave you alone then! However, the massage was very good! Taxis were bookable in reception with prices fixed for various places of interest. Excellent Air Con cars and reliable. Having its own private beach and a very good security team on duty 24 hours, this was a location hard to beat. We were completely relaxed and felt very safe there. We intend to return.

My first impression of the hotel when I arrived was that staff were friendly, accommodating and the room was reasonably clean, though on closer inspection of my room, the bed sheet was torn so not a five star hotel. All Inclusive included a free bottle of natural mineral water in my room everyday, this was not offered to me for 3 days until I had requested this. I missed my excursion to mount Moses as a message from reception staff about earlier pick up was not passed on to me and so I was left very upset and disappointed as it was one of two excursions that I had booked through my stay and did not go because of a message not being passed onto me and the reception staff made no effort to find me when the driver arrived to pick me up at the earlier time. There was a complete lack of communication. The general manager was apologetic and kindly compensated me for the missing my excursion due to the fault of a member of staff. I would not be recommending this hotel for the reason mentioned.

Unfortunately staying at this hotel was a bad experience. I went in sharm elsheikh for more than 25 hotels I never seen before such unfriendly attitude from the resort staff like this one, hotel food is unbelievable really rubbish. It was one of the very bad resort I stayed in, in the last 10 years...

This hotel has all the facilities needed for a beach/swimming pool holiday. The rooms, public area etc are lovely. You have the choice of several pool areas, as well as a big public beach area. The staff at the Jaz Belvedere are among the best I have encountered in many hotels around the world. They all do their part in ensuring you are happy with your stay. Families are very well catered for, with a hard working and inventive 'Animation' team. If you are a couple looking for rest and relaxation this hotel also caters for you as there are plenty of quiet areas where you can relax and get away from it all.

We stayed 5 days in October. The location is great just 5 min from from airport. The scene is breath taking the beach is quiet and clean. The 2 unsatisfying issues were the room cleanliness, as sheets were not changed throughout our stay and pillows were not comfortable at all. pool was so cold they start heating pool in November as we were told. Kids could not enjoy pools. We recommend them to start heating earlier than November. Also food varieties need yo be considered specially for lunch it was terrible we avoided it and waited for dinner most of days.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Only small drawback was the food which was a little bland but the management seemed to listen to the holidaymakers concerns and even within the week that I stayed there the choice and selection of food improved greatly

The resort was great. the staff were very helpful, friendly and had a laugh with you. The facilities were good and resort was generally very clean

It's really nice hotel, I have been to so many hotels in Sharm and found Jaz fabulous.

I absolutely loved the area. The seaview from the balcony is gorgeous. The waiters and other employees were very polite and friendly. We visited this area just at the time when there was much negative publicity in the media about egypt and it made us feel safe that were security people in stragegic areas of the resort. The resort, both the buildings and the sorrounding areas are well maintained by an army of staff. We als enjoyed some water sports which made this a satisfying experience for us all
