Location good. Friendly staff. Room decor and comfort of mattress & pillow great in the Deluxe Twin room we booked. Room around beds are limited, but fine for our one night stay with hand luggage of 3 adults.

Bathroom could do with an extractor fan to get rid of steam & moisture.

Central location, comfortable bed, good value for money. Good toiletries provided

No electric blanket, heater shut off at night - it was cold! Not enough towels provided initially on arrival. Extra towels were provided later on request, but allocating one towel per person is stingy (what if you want to wash your hair?) Severely cracked bathroom tiles were not a good look.
