"Our stay was disappointing"

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. First of all, there were ants in the room, which is completely unacceptable and caused significant discomfort. Secondly, there was constant noise: children running in the corridors, shouting, and slamming doors, and the hotel staff did not respond at all. We chose this hotel for a relaxing stay, not a playground, so we expected at least some basic peace and quiet. Additionally, the iron we received from the reception was very dirty, with residues stuck to it, making it impossible to use for ironing our clothes. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We hope that attention will be given to these issues and that they will be addressed.

Ogromnym atutem jest darmowy parking, co znacząco podnosi komfort pobytu. Pokoje są przestronne i utrzymane w wysokim standardzie czystości. Nawet poza sezonem wszystko funkcjonuje bez zarzutu – w pokojach jest ciepło i przytulnie. Dodatkowym dużym plusem są pyszne śniadania i oczywiście lokalizacja.
