"We had a one stay while visiting friends in Cardiff. It was absolutely fine, but was surprised we had to pay to park."

The bar manager I think Moses was very supportive and friendly.

Beds really uncomfortable. The place has changed quite a lot since I stayed here severalntimes previously. I cannot quite put my finger on it but it seems to lack atmosphere, additional chages for parking and general atmosphere coupd do with a bit of sparkle. Live music maybe, themed nights perhaps and less noise when groups of people going to bed at night respect noise discipline. I woupd stay again for sure and these are just suggestions. Room was bigger than expected which was nice just very uncomfortable bed. Hopefully the hotel chain will take note for other guests.

"Wouldn’t recommend."

The hot chocolate from the unlimited coffee machine.

Thermostat broken. I spoke to 3 members of staff about it and was told it would be sorted. Took over/close to 1 hour to get sorted with a mixture of different/contradictory solutions postulated without reviewing issue.

"Bad experience, not worth the price we paid for."

Woke up from the noise next room ( seems to be the workers quarter ) . The room where we stayed had a door accessible for the other room , this is where we can hear people on the other side. We stayed on the 3rd floor and when we were about to use the lift for checking out, the cleaner didn’t let us use the lift first , instead we have to fit in all together in the lift with her cleaning equipment. Staff should be given training to prioritise the guests.

Soleless environment, room was ok but on a remote corridor with a prison like view. Being asked to pay £10.00 per day for parking when there is no alternative
