It smells and is dirty. The mattress had springs popping up. The carpet is very stained. My advice- stay somewhere else.

Economy price so economy but beds and room clean

Hotel room was not in very good condition (carpet peeling up and outlet not secure in the wall) and needed a lot of updates. The website advertised an onsite restaurant and lounge, but it was closed and out of business. There was no hot or continental breakfast, even though it was listed as an amenity and instead we were only offered a very crappy grab and go paper bag breakfast with a granola bar, applesauce, and OJ. I specifically asked about breakfast at check in and was given misinformation.

Location, nice desk clerk, simple t.v., bed comfortable enough, easy access to my room, ice machine convenient.

Coffee maker hadn't been cleaned, shower water got hot then cold as I showered, room smelled like a smoker had been in it.

It was safe, convenient, and affordable

Sorry to say but the motel isn’t worth 2 stars. First my room wasn’t clean. Okay, can happen. So had to go back myself to the reception desk for other room. Second room: I wanted to take shower but the tap broke. Apparently it was kind of fixed before because the tap was smaller than other ones. So had to change room again. The third room smelled like hell! Although the rooms are non smoking, the room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Terrible for a non-smoker. Taps or showers or other things hanging loose from the wall. My niece found condom in the waste bin!! Their toilet wouldn’t flush properly and got stuck. The chair in the room was full of stains. The room was quiet so compared to other motels silent. But big closet in front of mirror and blocking the way out. The lady was kind to help, the guy seemed nice but actually didn’t give a d…. Breakfast was a muffin and yoghurt in a bag. There was no place to eat because al the seats (4) were taken by the staff! So we sat outside on a small bench. There rooms need an update and the staff a customer care course. The guy who answered the phone said: yes? I expected: good evening, this is the reception desk, how can I be of your assistance! When I told them the room smelled bad they acted surprised!
