Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bellevue

Breakfast was good, and we chose this location as it was close to my son's house.

Please review the staff schedule for our dates of stay so that you can accurately give kudos and appreciation to the persons who checked us in an out. They were hands down the BEST hotel guest clerks we have ever encountered. In our experience it has not been common to find one exceptional guest clerk who hits all the high notes of customer care let alone TWO. This is something to be proud of and noted by Microtel leadership. We were greeted warmly on our first late evening arrival. For each ensuing night unexpectedly tacked on by work delays the clerks knew us by name and were accommodating in every way. The breakfast was delicious and one of the morning clerks made a special effort to stock the regular tea for me and discovered a box of Early Grey too! A pleasant surprise. The rooms were exceedingly clean. The corners of the bathroom floors were clean - which is something I always observe as a measure of cleanliness. The one “complaint” I have is that the beds were not at all the same throughout the facility. The bed for one of the nights seemed to be foam and had collapsing edge which I nearly slid off of when I sat down on it. We will definitely stay here again when in town. The guest services team at Microtel, Bellevue NE is a rare gem and should be recognized as such. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and very friendly staff

Bed was uncomfortable. Lighting above the bed was not ideal.

Location, price, friendly employees.

Only one washer/dryer for the whole property. Someone left their stuff in washer for a long time so waiting was frustrating. Yes I could have removed it but I felt that was rude to do. Our room was just ok, which I understand it’s not a luxury hotel but the bathroom tiles were cracked, sink in, around the shower they had areas that were filled in but not painted over made it look messy and dirty.
