When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply: a deposit equal to 35% of the total is required to be paid by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer at the end of the stay. Cancelations are permitted up to 5 days before arrival. In case of no-show the full amount will be charged. If you expect to arrive outside check-in an hours, please inform the property in advance. A shuttle to/from Venice Marco Polo Airport, Treviso Airport and Treviso train station is also available upon request, and at a surcharge. Please note that the shuttle service must be requested 24 hours prior to arrival and is available from 08:00 until 22:00. Please take note that our restaurant is closed during the month of August and all Sundays from 01st June unti 01st September. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 9 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 20 kilos.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
