The hotel was chosen solely because of its proximity to the airport. While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, this was one of the few positive aspects of the stay.

Despite the rooms being clean, they were unacceptably cold, and it was apparent that temperature control was restricted by hotel management, leaving guests unable to adjust the heating to a comfortable level. The breakfast buffet was significantly overpriced and poorly managed. The individual responsible for overseeing the service demonstrated a complete lack of basic hospitality and professionalism, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Rather than feeling like paying guests, we felt as though we were intruding in a private space, which is wholly inappropriate for a hotel offering a paid breakfast service.

The staff were very helpful with travel tips.

The breakfast was not worth the money. poor quality food poor selection and way way overpriced.
