j'ai attendu 2h pour avoir mes clefs de chambres que je n'ai eu que le lendemain à cause d'un défaut de coffre-fort, j'ai du me déplacer à mes frais dans un autre établissement. Le standard téléphonique ne m'a pas proposé de vraie solution au-delà du fait qu'il était particulièrement désagréable et désobligeant avec un manque de considération des plus dégradant pour cet établissement. En plus la chambre de l'autre établissement était sale et dans une des rues les plus bruyantes.
