Super 8 by Wyndham Lethbridge

Hotel was welcoming, and the Trainee that checked us in was wonderful. She was honest that she was training and was able to get us checked in without an issue. Even directed us to our room when we came in with our bags.

It was easy to find the hotel. The staff (Hamed I think his name was) when we arrived was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we required for our one night stay and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Staff were friendly

- Found bed bugs; - Hot bedroom. We couldn't sleep because it was so hot, even in a freaking cold winter outside. We turned the heater off, but it was still hot. We had to turn the air conditioning on to be able to sleep; - The shower temperature was eradic, the worst shower in my life. Burn hot, then ice cold; - Floor was squeaky and uneven... we could live with that if it was the only problem.

Really wish super8 would offer at the very least hard boiled eggs, otherwise it's pretty good

Access to the outside doors with the room key would be a great feature, apparently it's for safety however main floor guests have their own private entrance, just not 2nd floor guests, was a little cold outside knocking on the front door trying to get in
