"El racismo solapado de algunas personas en Puerto Rico en pleno siglo XXI"

La empleada que me recibió e hizo el check in fue muy amable y diligente. Le expliqué que venía conduciendo desde San Juan y me habían dado de alta de un hospital.

El día de mi check out una dama de housekeeping y el clerk de front desk Denis Rivera a las 11:05 golpearon mi puerta como si la quisieran derribar. Cuando abrí la puerta le expliqué que estaba bajo los efectos de anestesia y por eso se me hacía difícil moverme. Este sr. Denis Rivera y la dama fueron malcriados, agresivos y ni siquiera me ofrecieron ayuda para sacar mis cosas hasta mi vehículo. Lo tuve que hacer solo. Para colmo el Hotel tiene su parking bajo trabajos de construcción. Yo soy Ingeniero Mecánico, egresado del UPR de Mayagüez y pude varías deficiencias en dicha construcción las cuales les van a ocasionar serios problemas más adelante. El Hotel es un hotel bueno pero personal como está Dama de housekeeping y el Sr. Denis Rivera han logrado que el hotel " looses my business and any good references to My business associates"

"Me encanta el Hotel Plaza por: precio, cuartos cómodos, estacionamiento y desayuno incluido."

Me encantò el desayuno. Riquísimas las tortillas de huevo rellenas de jamón y queso. El café de máquina bueno con varias opiones. Incluía fruta (manzana). Anaís y Francisco muy serviciales, atentos y respetuosos en el recibo y salida.

Sugiero incluir unas cuantas rebanadas de pan regular e integral para los q llevamos dieta saludable. Tbn Incluir otras frutas como guineo y fresas (strawberries). Gracias. Gracias por la oportunidad de brindar mi opinión.

El personal fue muy diligente y cooperadora.

No me gustó el asunto del estacionamiento. Tener que esperar a que un personal me atendiera en el parking o tener que llamar.
