Location, property is well maintained in the public areas, staff is friendly and helpful.

The same amount of effort that has been placed in maintaining the public areas (lobby, halls, etc.) should be placed inside the rooms. Rooms need an upgrade. Having someone coming to adjust your A/C temperature is ludicrous. The light on the roof top need to be replaced; these old florescent tubes are obsolete and take a lot of time to warm up.

Location was good and the staff very friendly. And they have hot chocolate 24/7

My room was next to the street and the noise was super loud in the morning. Woke me up at 7am
