The location was ideal for the reason we were in New York. The hotel was convenient and had free parking, which was a plus. The bed was comfortable.

I will not be staying here again because nothing works at this facility. I stayed here years ago when things were nicer, but now it's starting to get run down. The door locks and key cards never worked once. We had to get the front desk person to open our room door every time. The TV remote was broken, and the room smelled old and moldy. We had to run the AC around the clock in order to keep the oder to a minimum. The AC unit was old and noisy. It was so noisy, it was hard to get any sleep in that room. The only good thing about this place was the comfortable bed. The bathroom towels and rags had someone's hair all over them. They serve breakfast in the morning, but it's not even worth waking up for, so don't look forward to that at all. Needless to say I'll never stay here again unless they invest money into making it the nice hotel it was years ago.

Room was OK Bathroom was cramped. Overall was clean.

Inhouse computer system was down on arrival. This caused about a 45 minute check-in delay.

The interior bathroom was on the older side and could use a bit of an upgrade. Lighting is not very bright.

The staff were helpful and pleasant

The room had outdated furniture room not really comfortable as far as two people being able to sit
