Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center

Syncere and the rest of the staff have been very professional and polite. Syncere was so welcoming and informative when I checked it. I felt very welcomed.

I stayed at this Hilton a few days ago and the location and hotel is great if you’re visiting Tampa. Bria was so helpful with our Hilton honors account and she gave us some extra complimentary hilton honors points.

We really liked the breakfast, much better than in most hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites, Downtown Convention Center, Tampa, FL., from 22-28 May 2026. I was warmly greeted by Justin and Cristal, both Managers at the front desk Reception. All of their Hilton Staff, from the Breakfast crew, to the other various areas, such as the Restaurant/cafe/Housekeeping/Valet, etc., were simply awesome!! I would like to give a “Special shout-out,” to Michelle, an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly Hilton Ambassador there. Moreover, she gave me Hilton Honors Bonus Points and a lot of great tips for assistance in the hotel, as well as many local tips on eateries and directions to the nearby “Publix Supermarket.” Also, I plan to coordinate with Michelle, regarding a future trip to Maui, at a reduced “Hilton Honors, exclusive, discounted, members-only price soon!” In the interim, I am getting moved in to a 5th floor Studio apartment, overlooking the water/South Tampa Skyline, in the Davis Islands, a short distance away from the “Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Convention Center Hotel.” I don’t say this lightly: “As a retired, 28-yr, USAF Veteran, I am nominating and casting my vote, naming the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Downtown Convention Center, in Tampa, FL, as the Finest, In-class, Hotel that I have ever stayed at, as a Solo Traveler!!!” Kudos for Outstanding and Exceptional 5*****+ Star Service, and “A Job, Well-done!!!”
