Comfortable room! Amazing gourmet breakfast!

We arrived after dark and the hosts had left. They did leave thorough instructions. The parking was a bit confusing since there were no lights and few signs. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was very warm, even when we opened the windows. Unfortunately, open windows allowed much traffic noise. The bed was comfortable. The sink in the bathroom was small, old and very rusty. The claw foot tub was inaccessible since it was deep with no grab bars. Breakfast was very good and nicely served. Each party had their own table. Fresh baked cookies were available to take with us. We enjoyed our stay here even with the few inconveniences.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Much more than expected. The room was big and filled with historic charm and the bed so comfortable. Our hosts outdid themselves. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating and kind. We were told about the history of the property and surrounding area. We will definitely be visiting again!

Damon met us at check-in and tried to accommodate our expected early departure the following day; however, after seeing our room we decided not to stay. There was a very large cockroach in our bathtub and the room was not as it appeared on the website so we were disappointed. Room was cold/musty, dark, and worn. At check-in, we were given a recommendation for dinner but when we arrived we were met witth a large sign noting "No dogs beyond this point" and we were traveling with our dog. Finally, there were no obvious places to dispose of our dogs feces. At that point we decided to leave and hoped we could find another place to stay as we were not comfortable remaining for our pre-paid stay.

Amanda and Damon are wonderful host. Hope to have the chance to visit again sometime.

This is a great example of an historic home used with modern convinces. Owners are excellent hosts and were helpful with a wide variety of asks. We will return.

The hosts for this bed and breakfast were wonderful. They were friendly but respectful of our privacy. The inn has been beautifully restored and maintained and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts include a lot of extra touches including free homemade cookies, sodas, seltzers, waters, and assortment of teas, cocoa and coffee at all times.

Authentic old charm was wonderful.
