"Nice and clean with nice pool and breakfast but really lacks everything else."

Staff doing towels are nice but usually not there, heard multiple other guests complain about this. Reception staff are excellent and the best in the hotel, breakfast is also very good with great options. Buffet style. Hotel is also spotless.

Everything is an add on Didn’t have dinner in the hotel. Food at the pool is terrible! Caesar salad without Caesar sauce and chicken like tubber, pizza soggy and tasted like it was microwaved even though it wasn’t. Shocking service. Umbrellas aren’t put up until afternoon despite multiple requests (these require a drill) Towel hut is usually unmanned so often have to go find someone to do this, €5.50 to use a shower after the gym, €15 to use the indoor pool/spa Sauna/steam room/indoor pool open at 9.30 but not ready for another 30-40 minutes. Children only allowed in indoor pool until 3pm. Music every night until late from nearby beach bars.

Great breakfast choice/area Location is great though I do think you should point out to guests the pathway to the beach/marina. The room was spacious, bright and had everything you would need, including a balcony.

The courtyard outside the breakfast area could have tables for choice and be a little more interesting - perhaps some casual seating, flowers and fauna? A novel piece of artwork/display, it seems a space that should be better utilised.

Great choice for breakfast, location was very good for the harbour and night life. Food and snacks were very good and charged at a reasonable rate.

Only slight criticism is when it’s wind, there are no areas of shade by the pool but this was understandable

The sea view. The pool.

Limited eating options for such a large hotel. Room service took 1.5 hours as they got the room no incorrect. No apology or bill adjustment which was disappointing. Guy delivering forgot the bill too.
