The view was beautiful but the service and management were bad.

They downgraded my reservation from a two bedroom apartment into one apartment and one studio, my family had to separately into two units. They said will give us some refund but its been more than two weeks and there's no refund. I checked with front desk, I called them, every time they promised refund, but still none.

Location is great! Wonderful pool and private beach!! So relaxing.

The room was a bit small. They don't have A/C but I was notified of that prior to booking.

Nice place

The location is great, as it's on the lake - loved going kayaking in the double kayak! it also was within walking distance to the town of Kings Beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and they have plenty of great loungers and Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view and the sunshine.

We had a Murphy bed in our room which was well designed. The room was pretty warm, as the fireplace pilot light was on and heated up the small space a lot, but couldn't open the windows as our room was close to the main road through town. I let them know that they might want to turn the pilot light off since it's summer.

I am so glad we found this place! It was so nice, and having a kitchen was convenient! The pool is nice and just the right temperature, and with two hot tubs to choose from! The price was so reasonable for being right on the lake, and with kayaks to use! And the staff!! They were all so incredibly nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

After the bed pulls down it is a little tight on space, but not a deal breaker!

Loved that they had kayaks and the view from the pool was GORGEOUS. Staff is very kind and respond quickly to messages. Loved that they had picnic tables and bbqs near the beach so you can sit and enjoy the lake.
