Hotel Alto Lido

**Great hotel, shame about the disgraceful reception staff.** The hotel itself is excellent—beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and an atmosphere that makes for a genuinely fabulous stay. Unfortunately, all of that was overshadowed at the very end by an appalling experience with the reception staff. A simple confusion over the final bill should have been handled calmly and professionally. Instead, it descended into outright rudeness. Rather than listening or attempting to resolve the issue, the staff became confrontational and, incredibly, went so far as to call me a liar. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a hotel that otherwise presents itself as high-quality. Professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect should be the bare minimum—especially when dealing with billing queries, which are not uncommon in hospitality. To be treated with hostility over what was clearly a misunderstanding left a very sour final impression and completely undermined what had otherwise been a wonderful stay. It’s deeply disappointing that such poor conduct from front-of-house staff could tarnish an otherwise fantastic hotel. Management should take this seriously—no guest should leave feeling insulted and disrespected over a simple billing query.

L'insonorisation des chambres, à part du savon aucun produit dans la salle de bain. Peu d'ascenseurs pour le nombre de chambres de l'établissement. Le buffet demi pension est vraiment de mauvaise qualité.

Un peu plus de sourire serait le bienvenue à l’exception de l’accueil et quelques personnels du restaurant. Pas assez de Matériels de Fitness, c’est dommage
