Red Roof Inn Hope

It was close to the freeway and the room was far enough from the road to avoid hearing heavy traffic noise. The staff was grumpy because I arrived in the middle of the night which I understood that, however the room’s bathtub was not clean, I was looking forward to soaking from a very long day moving and driving for 10 hours. The faucet in the shower came out of the wall when I turned it on to shower. Water was all over the bathroom floor which is a safety issue for me. When I told the gentleman about it he said he would look at it. I would not recommend this property.

We choose this hotel for it's location right off the interstate. Arriving at 9:30pm we were greeted at the front desk and given our room key quickly. For the cost we were expecting a basic room and were pleasantly surprised by the....well, everything! The room was huge! Basically furnished but for an overnight we didn't expect luxury. The room was clean! The bathroom counter, lighting and shelving were modern and bright! The hot water was instant in the shower! The air conditioner was cold and did a great job cooling off the whole room. The staff was very friendly and we will be staying there again!

Staff is rude . There is a way to COMMUNICATE AND TALK. If you don’t have manners or patience then why work in retail/customer service

Staff is rude and raises voice- disrespectful . Got blamed for “breaking toilet” bro. I arrived and the water was running Like when you don’t properly lift the handle after flushing. So because of that there was no water in toilet bowl to even flush so I uncovered lid and unhooked it so it would fill with water again. THATS BREAKING IT??? They couldn’t just hook it back on? That’s called broken? Yes theyreblaming me and raising there voice saying we broke we broke like I’m telling you no it was like that when arrived. If I broke something I would be straight up and honest because I work in house cleaning I’ve had moments I did drop something and came forward but THIS!? Ask your house keepers who play around cleaning the rooms to not blame it on the incoming clients. How the heck would I break off a piece of the toilet. Unbelievable
