The food and the bed, the balcony

The staff, they confused our table, and were very stressed, it was dark to go to the room, and 2 nights no help in the darkness walking on stones

The head chef and restaurant staff were polite and accommodating to the food preferences of our child.

The front desk staff Mr. Zakayo was the most unprofessional and rude person I have met in my traveling. We were put in a room at the end of the hotel and when we requested to move to a closer room, since we had to walk with our child in the wild in the dark to reach the restaurant, he plainly refused even though there were many rooms vacant. Our guide had to intervene and fight for us, later which another person at the front desk accepted and made the change. We asked him for some bunch of used papers or magazine to shoo away the flies but he down right refused again. He seemed to look down on us like we did not deserve to stay with them. Most atrocious hospitality.

Staff on the hotel is amazing (cannot say the same about the management of reservation staff), game drives were cool, our guide was nice and knowledgeable, the food was good quality considering how far away in the bush you are

They advertise as full board, but they charge you drinks on meals ( water, coke, cappuccinos and of course alcoholic drinks) this is not full board. It is NOWHERE mentioned you have to pay for a driver plus all the fees , everyday , regardless if you go to gamesdrives or not the price per day is double as the night ,we left one day at 8 am for our flight and it was charged to us the full day on the driver plus fees ( around 450 dlls per day on top of the night) when discussing before coming on the hotel this topic, the lady(sonia) that had told me the prices before was extremely rude with me, yelled on me in the phone and hung up on me, we will not recommend or come back due to this scammish behavior on the management

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. We had cold towels and drinks on arrival, bags were taken care of and we were shown straight to lunch after a morning of driving around to see game. The staff were amazing, learnt our names and were always very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very special during our stay. The place had a very luxurious feel about it and it is located up in the mountains for an amazing view.

An oasis in the middle of the Serengeti with wonderful views. The food is ok, the service is fine but the best thing about the Lodge are the game drives they can arrange for you. A special thanks to Winnie in Head Office and our driver who want the extra mile to make us happy. We saw so many animals and had such an amazing time.

The room was very hot at night. Would have been good to have a/c. Couldn’t open the main balcony doors because of visiting animals etc

Everything was over expectations

Everything was amazing except the safari lunch boxes.

Having by far the best buffet of the whole trip, the safari lunch boxes are a shame. I used to have better lunch boxes when I was in school. They should improve that clearly.

Everything was great. Furthermore, I really recommend the game drive service offered by Hotel because Sahid, the guide, is very friendly and a great guide. Special thanks to Sahid.
