"Charming Hotel, Great Staff, just do NOT stay in room 103 as the hot tub is right outside the window"

Hotel was charming. Staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was outstanding. Great location, as a short walk to the main town area, and parking was right on the property.

Do NOT stay in room 103. King bed that "overlooks the garden". The window is almost on top of the outdoor hot tub, so you can hear every conversation going on. Also around 4am, the Hot Tub water pump/motor went on and it was so loud in the room it woke us up! I called the after hours number and asked them to shut if off, but I guess they couldn't. It finally went off at 6:36am. I think any other room would have been great, we just picked the wrong one.

"This is the place"

They got it all figured out. The reviews are spot on. This B&B has it dialed in perfectly. You just have to stay here to understand. I don’t usually do B&B’s, but they offered everything I needed for my weekend in Frisco. I am so glad I chose them. Whenever I come back to this area, I will stay here. Just the right amount of everything!!!
