le batiment de l'hotel tres joli et les jardins

le personnel pas sympa surtout au restaurant ; chien soit disant accepté et on a payé mais on a été refusé au restaurant et au petit dejeuner ; salle de bain et wc tres tres vieux en mauvais état

"Nefunkční klimatizace v celém hotelu!"

Libila se nám lokace( blizko outletu),venkovni bazen.

Při přijezdu po 1000 km, jsme dle rezenzi zvolili tento hotel, při ubytovani jsme nebyli upozorněni, že nám nefunguje klimatizace( venku bylo 30 C). Pán se nás snažil přesvědčit, že musime počkat 20 min( přičemž jsem mu tvrdila, že to nechladí), nakonec jsme museli otevřit balkonove dveře dokořán , kde bylo extrémně hlučná fontana do 23. Hod, potom to začlo-rodeo žabo vřesky!!misto odpočinku to bylo pro nas nevyspana noc!!! Myslela jsem si, že bude aspoň omluva od porsenálu, ale toho jsme se nedočkali!
