The property is a bit tired looking. Carpets and furniture are stained. Otherwise, hotel was quiet (except during a wedding reception on Friday night) and the bed was comfortable.
Clean and quiet. Found a silverfish in our bathroom this morning, but other than that it was good. Very nice staff. Very nice breakfast - lots of selection.
Service was great as usual, however the chairs in the room we’re badly stained and the bed was two singles pushed together with hard mattresses
The staff was accommodating and verry helpful! Even though we got there later than planed we were able to walk a few blocks looking for some authentic Irish food, when the pub we stopped at was closed a very kind Irish gentleman was able to point un in the right direction. He was so great he even insisted to give us a ride to a wonderful fish and chips joint around the corner where we got plenty of food for our money. All in all very humble people all around the area and very friendly! Hotel room was fantastic nice big shower, very clean room and facilities but, the bed was a little worn and the breakfastwas worth the moneyas well. Great place!

Truly awful experience, staff unhelpful and rude. Be aware that you have to pay a €150 deposit when you check in which is not advertised.
I booked this hotel on the strength that I had stayed here previously and had enjoyed my stay. I was given a family room with bunk beds, but that was no issue as on the whole there was nothing wrong with it. The bed was a little hard for my liking. Food in bar lovely and wifi fast and reliable. Good stay

Lovely staff. Its professional without being 'fussy'. Young waitress on Breakfasts last Thur was very nice and helpful. Nice views of the Irish countryside. Ballincollig is a nice town. Not far from Cork city itself. I would go there again. Kev. Solo Traveller.
Room could have been cleaner, but was tolerable. The hot/cold valve for the shower didn’t always work as it should have and the bathroom was a bit run down overall. Parking and other guest services were superb though!
