"First and last time I will stay at this facility."

Close and convenient to Magnolia Market and restaurants

Staff not really friendly and not very helpful. We had to ask for everything we needed and had to go to the front desk for linens and pillows for the sofa bed. Beds not comfortable and sofa bed was very nasty and stained.

We were looking for a different hotel at the last minute as the motel we were booked for was a complete disaster and we had to relocate. This is my 2nd stay and will choose this location every time I return to Waco. Thank you for your commitment to a high standard of service, comfort and cleanliness!

"Large clean rooms,friendly staff and good breakfast with fresh coffee at all times making the stay nice."

Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice to have every day.

The road was a little close which mad it a little noisy at times late at night.

"Beds are hard and uncomfortable. There were toenail clippings on the floor between the beds which was really gross. Vacu"
