Terrible customer service experience. Wendy showed a lack of understanding of how customer satisfaction impacts a business. Blaming and penalizing customers for company errors is not how you build loyalty or encourage repeat business. The Hilton Honors online reservation system also has major issues. Reservations made online can take more than a day to update, making it impossible to review or modify bookings through the website. Customers are then forced to call directly, and when the customer service agent makes a booking error, the customer is unfairly penalized for the mistake. What made the experience even more frustrating was that Wendy repeatedly responded with “unfortunately,” which was completely unhelpful and dismissive. At no point did she attempt to offer an alternative solution, recommendation, or any meaningful assistance to help resolve the booking issue. Good customer service should focus on problem-solving, not simply repeating policies while leaving the customer without support. I will never book at this hotel again!

There was a good variety for breakfast and ample space to sit.
