Deposits are only required for bookings made during special events and/or for prepaid rates. The external parking is free. The private internal garage is available at an extra cost. Please note that the restaurant is open from Monday until Friday from 18:00 until 22:30. The bar is open every day from 17:30 until 23:00. Pets are not allowed in Bar/Restaurant area. All rooms are No-Smoking, the penalty for smoking in a room is € 180.00 per room, and may be charged after check-out if smoking evidence is found after guest departure. Staff very friendly. Great location to the airport. Good free parking. Comfortable bed. Clean room.

Very noisy with some guests being noisy up to 2 a.m. Poor soundproofing. Poor lighting in the room.

"Non me lo aspettavo così"

Staff molto cortese, ma la valutazione è stata scarsa.

Viaggio sempre per lavoro e non e se la stanza non è pronta alle 19 di sera normalmente, come successo in altre 2 strutture che lo hanno fatto spontaneamente, si riconosce uno sconto perchè il mancato check in alle 19 è davvero importante. In camera per prenotare la sveglia del mattino e parlare con la reception ed il telefono era completamente scollegato e non funzionante e sono dovuto scendere. Pattumiera in bagno rotta. Poi mi sono concesso un aperitivo molto veloce al Ristorante per uscire subito ma i salumi erano davvero di bassa qualità (si potrebbero servire una finocchiona ed un prosciutto toscano decisamente migliori allo stesso costo). Finisco dicendo che per pagare 200 euro in un 4 stelle per una sola persona ed una notte, i servizi devono essere se non eccelllenti quasi, perchè si dorme in 5 stelle alla stessa cifra ed anche meno.
