Our stay at the Aria Suites was by far the best ever! Our suite was named Aida and was located on the very top of the property. It offered a breathtaking view of the water and the caldera. The refrigerator was filled with wine, soda, water, chips which were all complimentary. The service was beyond excellent as all personnel were extremely attentive to our needs. Amarido was like a family member, always in great spirits, always ready to help, answering many questions about the hotel and the beautiful island. Anna prepared delicious free of charge breakfasts and left our room super clean and in tip top shape every day. She even folded our shirts and replenished the refrigerator. Our stay at the Aria Suites was truly exceptional!

Staff extremely helpful in arranging excursions and proactive in helping guests enjoy their holidays. Loved the Rigoletto suite, the best "Santorini appartment" experience with breath-taking views on the caldera. Amazing breakfast served on your balcony every morning. Pool not heated (as in most neighbouring hotels). Highly recommend!

"Lovely hotel! Absent on Sunday!"

We were there for two nights Saturday and Sunday checking out very early Monday morning. The gentleman who helped us checkin was wonderful. After our breakfast on Sunday morning we couldn’t find anyone in the reception area. We called the hotel numerous times to let them know we are departing early the next day and needed to know where to leave our key and wanted to order a light breakfast. No one answered!
