The upgrades are amazing. This hotel is so clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The housekeepers are very friendly they say hi when you pass them in the hallway. Definitely recommend. I stayed a week was only supposed to be 3 days, felt very comfortable and safe on this solo trip

I paid for a reservation I did not receive. I paid for a double room with king bed and received a single room king bed. Now I agreed to terms and conditions of my reservation that I reserved ahead of time this way I know what to expect when I arrived to the property. This is why it's called a reservation so that I'm entitled to what I pay for. This did not happen nor did I receive a refund. I went through so much of a hassle only to be disappointed in the end. I feel that I am entitled to express my opinion and concerns with this issue and now I have to go through corporate and management hire-ups just to be heard. This is such an inconvenience to me and I'm totally upset. Another issue is that I was unaware that this place was in the process of renovations and our laundrymat was closed to say the least. I'm very upset with this matter and the Hilton as well as expedia and it's representatives will be hearing about my concerns until I'm fully compensated for what I'm entitled. Something that was not my fault is being ignored and I will be heard one way or another. I paid too much for so little. Hilton needs to look into this. Matter ASAP to avoid customer negligence. All I'm asking is to be treated fair and with professionalism which was not done at all from this facility. To whom this may concern please understand that if you were in my shoes how would you feel....... EXACTLY!!!!

Breakfast was not included and the pool was not available. Had to go to sister hotel if wanted to swim.

This property is well-located to anything you need in Ontario / Rancho Cucamonga. Many restaurants are withing walking distance. Huge mall across the street. Toyota Arena just 10 minutes away. Front desk service was adequate, but not overly friendly / helpful. Breakfast server was very, very service oriented, pleasant and friendly. And speaking of breakfast, we think there was a disconnect. We had purchased the more expensive "breakfast included" rate, yet we were told that we were only entitled to cold the Honors breakfast buffet. As Honors members, this didn't make sense; why would we pay a premium for a benefit we already received? Rooms were clean, comfortable, in good condition and safe. Housekeeping is not provided unless you specifically request it. Pool and hot tub onsite, but hot tub jets hardly have any pressure, so it's not worth a visit. I would like to suggest that the hotel install some EV charging stations as an incentive to stay. None of the neighboring hotels have this amenity and it would set the HGI apart.

All the personal are great specially Rengie, her service was amazing at the restaurant. Everything was clean, for sure is a place you would like to come back. The location is perfect within walking distance from many places to eat. For sure you won’t be disspointed
