Ideal location for those with limited mobility as area very flat & seconds walk 2 the beach. Lovely pool area well kept & rooms basic but very spacious & comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly plus added benefit of free parking.

Get what you pay for. Room very very basic, lady that saw us in must have just woken up, miserable. Good enough for one night and thats all. Room doors were filthy, finger prints and some sort of food on the main door. Make sure you get the room you pay for, we nearly got a room with no sea view and when questioned we got the room we paid for.

Very basic and ideal for a stag do, pool wasn’t clean and loungers looked old so we avoided it. Air con also didn’t work.

I really appreciate the service. Also it’s located next to everything you need!! Perfect place to spend your weekend!!

Apartments are clean and tidy, just a little dated and the location is good. Lots of local shops and restaurants, just across the road from the beach which is lovely and just a ten minute walk into magaluf if that’s what you’re after. The only down side is the staff. I have never encountered such rude people managing a hotel. We arrived late and were greeted by a man who thinks he’s running the military. He wouldn’t accept card payment from us as it was the night time?? So we had to pay the next day much to the annoyance of him and his partner. We were escorted to our room, which was very strange behaviour and he was shouting at other guests to be quiet even though he was making more noise by telling them to be quiet. Once in our room we sat on the balcony just having a chat on the sixth floor. From down the bottom he was shouting at us to be quiet, it was so bizarre. The reception is never manned during the day; you need to press an intercom - much to the annoyance of the woman on the receiving end and she begrudgingly makes her way over. Very unpleasant people! Aside from this the pool is nice, although you have to pay for sun loungers and there was a lot of children which we didn’t expect in magaluf. For the price, it’s great if you can overlook the unpleasant staff!!!

Lot of added things you have to spend money on. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, aircon, a safe, sunbeds etc. Tax has also gone up to 2.20 euros pp per night which is a lot of extra cost after you have already paid for the hotel. This needs to be updated on the website because it currently says 1.65. Location is really good and Promise the manager is nice, however the receptionist is rude and unpleasant.

The lady at reception was lovely and friendly , rooms were clean , nice and regularly laundered. Area was perfect for holiday as shops pubs restaurants all 1 min away from hotel. Pools regularly cleaned never seen a spec of dirt lovely big size. Would definately recommend and would come back for future holidays.

Excellent location near to beach and supermarket friendly staff check in was easy not having to wait the lady on reception was so helpfull

Greeted by a lovely lady at reception every morning. The room was clean bright and white, the bed sheets where lovely and white, the view from my balcony was amazing I could see the blue sea, I could see the beach, why really wasn't far at all. My kids loved the pool and it wasn't packed with people. We could leave the apartment and practically on our doorstep we could have breakfast, lunch or dinner. So much to say but not enough space to say how we had a positive experience, I usually book all inclusive but this was just as good. I have already recommended here to my friends and I definitely want to come back here next year, my kids who are 19, 13 and 4 want to come back again there is something for all ages to do.
