Value Inn & Suites

I made a reservation at this hotel a week in advance and picked a non smoking room. When I got there he gave me a room that was filled with more smoke than a casino. I told him I would not accept a smoking room and he basically ignored me and would not give me a refund. The hotel rooms are dirty and very dated and the offices person is extremely arrogant and rude! If you’re a non smoker , good luck in getting a non smoking room. I WILL NEVER BOOK A ROOM AGAIN At THIS PLACE!

This hotel was rated 2 stars. That review is harsh. My room was as a hotel room normally is. It was clean ,comfy, and priced right. I was traveling and not there to hang out. I booked the room and checked in, as I went through the door my flight was cancelled and I had to leave. 5 min in the room. I called and informed them I couldn't Stay. Was told I had to see a manager. After repeated calls and being told I had to see a manager, I thought my money was gone. I needed a place 3 weeks later again and I called. I was quickly given a free room. And the folks were very nice about it. The worst part of the whole thing is check in, itis done through a window. You have to stand outside with out shade or cover. I will use these guys again. And I now know who ever answers the phone is the manager.

Rooms dated. Hair on “clean”sheets from SOMEONE not myself. Ended up booking another room down the room.

It had a bedroom and a living room, large refrigerator

Everything OK

Large rooms good air conditioning very clean

I didn't see an ice machine

The AC didn't work well and the position of the room was awkward it was in an enclosed corner of building

It was convenient to all my needs.
