The location of the hotel is convenient for tourist.

1. Not worth the money 2. Room heaters not working 3. Bad wifi connection 4. Breakfast options are very minimal and not organised (like they don’t have spoons n cutlery 🍴 until you ask then they get from inside) 5. Poor communication at front desk

Wifi was good.

There was no air conditioning, the rooms had mosquitos in them, bathrooms were old, fridge was bolted shut. Hard to find anything positive to say. Its been a few months, but they also never returned my deposit.

Small bed and staff don't speak english

Staff helpful when complained about my earlier room that is stained with tobacco smell. People spat into plants in hotel lobby and smoked in elevators but this is my persistent complaint about China in general. Quite a lot of mainland Chinese don't seem to be able to understand the basic hygiene and health implications with such behaviours.

私は7泊8日連泊しました！安全面、清掃、部屋の空気、エアコンの温度、ベッドメイク、接客は満足しました！中国は水が心配でしたが、ミネラルウォーターの追加も無料！7本頼んだ！ホテル内のレストランも個室で、味、量、値段は良い！ 近くに24時間営業の銀行、スーパーがあり便利、南京市内への移動はタクシーで10分？バス停がホテル前にありました！環境は静かで窓を開けて寝ても安眠出来ました！南京録口国際空港のアクセスも45分、目の前の道路をまっすぐ！ 追伸 床にゴミを散らかしたで、清掃を頼んだらすぐに対応してれました！無料！親切！

I enjoyed this hotel very much! The view from my 19th floor room was spectacular.

Staff was helpful, and tried hard to please. Buffet breakfast a plus. But, no wifi in room as advertised, no airport shuttle as advertised, no nightclub or bar as advertised, outrageous laundry charges. Renovations ongoing all day with what sounded like jackhammers a near constant. Immediate area not pedestrian friendly, broken pavement and high traffic.
