"Would come back again"

Extremely clean

Elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor with elderly parents. They had to walk up the stairs. The hotel should have let us know in advance about this issue. They were very prompt with other communication, but they dropped the ball on this one.

I was extremely happy with my stay. There was just one thing that really wasn't a problem because I showered at night but there is no hot water in the morning for the shower or tub. I woke up at 5am every morning. But was nice and toasty in the evening. I would love to stay again with my girlfriend in the near future.

Very clean property in a great location with a nice view. The apartment had good, modern appliances and everything we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing major. Since there were no other guests at the time, it took a bit longer in the cold winter weather for the hot water to come through the faucet.
